How do I request my MoviePass card?

    Hello I signed up a week ago and still have no received my card yet. Is there a tracking number ? I'm being charged for a service I cannot use please respond.

    Not only are they not responding, several people already made replies to this article asking the same questions and their posts all seem to be gone now.

    They actually did respond once to me but it was when I threatened to cancel my account

    They just repeated the same thing about the theater issue and then asked if after checking I still wanted to cancel. I replied I just wanted a response and haven't gotten any word back yet

    I mean I used it before when it was only 20 for a special promotion and kept it when it went up to 35 and it works really well. Especially now that they have lifted a lot of the restrictions. My frustration is that they didn't prepare for the number of people and aren't responding or being very open about what's going on

    yeah i never got promted for an address but i did click the "request a card" button and put my info in. i see my address in the billing and shipping box so im assuming that means my card is on its way?  i asked them to confirm but still havent heard back yet.

    That is so freaking shady!  They can't be bothered to actually respond to their paying customers, but they can take the time to go through and delete posts where people are asking for answers?!?!?

    nobody has any idea when cards are comeing.Honestly i dont think moviepass does either

    Even though I put in all of my billing info and address etc. in the app I still have the option to "order card" so I'm not too happy about that. I'm going to do a charge back soon to get the charge reversed on my credit card

    Interestingly enough, this post went right through, but my original post about whereabouts of my card is still "pending approval"...

    LOL Jake.  after you click the unsubscribe link look at the top of the page. it tells you, you are unsubscribed.  so you probably wont get an alert for this :D

    I have the last 4 digits of my moviepass card number showing on my app, but I still have not received a physical card in the mail yet, I've checked in successfully, but unfortunately none of the theaters near me offer e-ticket services so I need the physical card to see the movie.

    Anyone knows how much time it takes to get the card. They charged my credit card 7 days back but i still didnt get my moviepass card.

    App also doesnot have any way to logout or login or password change.

    My app doesn't show any movie pass card number it has order card but when I try to order I get error

    I emailed moviepass too and they never responded and Everytime I go on app it says to enable gps location which I did but it seems stuck. I then uninstalled then reinstalled app and still nothing. Just a matter of time before a class action lawsuit ensues. Shady business practice,and what company doesn't have a phone number for you to call??

    They are very shady. They won’t even respond to me when I ask for my account to be canceled, because you can’t cancel it in the app, they ignore me over and over. This was All just a money grab in the end. If 500,000 people signed up they would have made $4,975,000 the first day.

    I contacted MoviePass through the app in regards to when I can expect my card in the mail since it's been 7 business days, and the "Conversation" appears to be one-sided as apparently I'm talking to myself. The app doesn't inform me if I'm in a queue of if a customer service rep is even online.

    Yeah, they obviously were not prepared for this kind of surge.  As long as my card comes in, I'm good, but I would recommend NOT to issue chargeback just because that automatically slaps a $20-30 charge on them from their CC Merchant and they have to devote more time & resources to handling that. I've handled that; it sucks.

    It's not shady IMO because the service is already up, just lagging. Patience is hard because the thought of not being able to take advantage of such a good offer when we've already paid is hard, but it'll come soon enough. It's the dude from Netflix running it so I'm confident he can get logistics under control!

    You simplify this way too much. I like your positivity though but it would take all of 3min to make an official statement and calm everyone's fears down.

    Carl they did post a statement Monday via twitter. but that was an entire week after the boom.

    I agree that they are listening to us as they added a theater search to the main website, but I just want confirmation that my card was mailed. With the surge in cards that are having to be made sent out, it wouldn't surprise me if there's a delay, I just want to know how long that delay could be.

    I agree, more info is better.  In this case, Any info is better. Just a slight communication with some direct feedback to calm fears would go a long way in these situations!

    their statement said nothing about the cards, which people have been asking about for days. It would have taken 1 setence to say "we're delayed" or "they're already in the mail" etc.
