Where can I find my bill date?

    By "on the home screen" they mean the home screen of the app, not the site's homepage.

    No email confirmation, no account website subscription information.  Getting worried that this is a scam.  It definitely is not well run...

    How do you bill me upfront and then say I need to wait 3 weeks for my movie pass?  So you are saying i need to pay for 3/4 of a month without any service.  Extremely poor business model...

    I have the same issue... the fine print said u would not start the subscription date till when the card arrives... yet I signed up 8/20 and the next bill date is listed as 9/19?.

    This business practice is completely unacceptable and their retention of customers is going to suffer.  If i don't receive my moviepass shorty my membership will be cancelled.  The sad thing is I was very excited about this idea and now I feel we are being sold snake oil.  I was hoping this service was going to be the compromise between the movie lover and the major studios.

    I wouldnt cancel...they sent out an email recently stating the following -Orders are being fulfilled in the order in which they are received. We apologize for the delay. Your account will not activate until you’ve received your MoviePass card and your billing date will be adjusted accordingly.

    So according to their email, the bill date will be ADJUSTED...I would hang tight if I were u...

    I will definitely hold out because I'm extremely excited about the service.  That said I expecting the app on my phone to work, I'm able to book my movie and they can handle the business model they promised.

    Same here... I havent received my card but my app works... theaters are showing and I am able to book e-tickets

    I keep getting a message that there is no shows available.  When I close the app and it does show movie times, it says i need to wait for my moviepass to activate.

    thats weird, mine actually lets me check into movies

    When I select a movie time it tells me that I dont have an active card.

    If you try to cancel on the app, it won't let you. I have the cancel button over and over after supplying the reason. It won't work. My credit card company won't let me dispute this charge because it's been more than ten days.

    I subscribe today after I read an article in La. Times about it, I hope this service will work for me,

    anyways it is $ 10 bucks risk, but how about if it really works? that will be super.

    What do you mean you were able to book "e-tickets" even without your card? Are you saying I don't even need the card to use the service? Just the app?

    I ordered service August 15th and was billed immediately. Received my card Sept 9th and activated the card and watched my first movie on Sep 12th. Checking my billing date as listed in this post, it displays my renewal date as Oct 1st. 

    Why is my first month running only from Sep 9th to Oct 1st, just 21 days? They couldn't have possibly known I even received the card until the 12th when activated which would give me only 18 days in my first month?  The emails I received said billing would begin a month after the card was received.

    That's even ignoring the fact that when I signed up it was still displaying "first month free" which I've given up hope on already.
