Cancelling your account is easy. Please use the following steps to cancel your subscription:
- On the MoviePass app's home screen, click the icon with the three horizontal white lines in the upper lefthand corner. The menu will appear on the left-hand side
- Select your name at the top
- On the Subscription Information screen, select Plan Info.
- The next page will show Cancel Account. Once you select the cancellation button a message will appear letting you know the cancellation will take effect on your next billing date. Please remember that cancellations are not effective until confirmation is sent to you via email, and you are responsible for all charges until cancellation is confirmed.
Please note that after your account cancels you will not be able to reactivate your account for 9 months.*
