We are unable to place accounts on hold, but the MoviePass service is month-to-month, with no commitment. So, you may cancel your account on our app.
In the MoviePass app home screen, click the icon with the three horizontal lines in the upper lefthand corner. From the drop-down menu, select your name. On the "Subscription Information” screen, select “Plan Info.” Then, click “Cancel Account.” The cancellation will take effect on your next billing date.
Please note that after your account is cancelled, you will not be able to reactivate your account for 9 months.
