    I can't see any movies. All I see is a blank screen What do I do?

    Hey,

    I get they changed over to a $9.99 pricing and it was suppose to change automatically on this billing cycle but my fee went to $19.99 for each of us.  WTH  I don't understand and I live in Colorado and they had a plan for $45 a month that we could see Imax and 3d once a day.  Now I am paying $19.99 and the IMAX and 3DReal an not a option on the app.  Those show times are greyed out. 

    Went to a movie last night and figured out that you use your phone app to pick the movie you want and then wait a few minutes before you go up to the ticket counter and give them your Movie Pass card and then it works! Yea!  Saw Hitman's Bodyguard last night and it was fun with non-stop action.  Recommend it if you like action films with humor.   Loved it!

    So your card works but very confused as to why I am paying more if I can't see 3d or Imax movies.  This is weird unless they have a method for me to see these other film types.  If anyone else is having this issue and has figured it out please let me know! Thanks

    Hi I have been charged twice this month. Can someone please clarify this billing error. I have been trying to reach movie pass agents on the app and have even emailed them about this mistake but haven't gotten a single reply. Can someone please respond?

    I also have been billed double.   I am in the Boston area where 3D and IMAX was available for $40 a month.  Now I get charged $19.95 a month and not the $9.95 a month as advertised while 3D and IMAX are grayed out as options.  Have filed a complaint 3 days ago and am no response at all.  

    Why the hell am I am being charged double for a service that does not work and been completely ignored by all forms of CS.    I have been taking screenshots of my my registered complains so if I have to go to my bank or elsewhere to get refunded I have proof as reading too many other that are just getting their complains ignored.    

    This company is moving up fast with the likes of Comcast and Bank of America as one of the worst companies on the planet in customer service.

    I was also double billed and no one is responding to my inquiry. I would really like a refund for the double billing.

    @Christina.   I just disputed the difference with my credit card.   My card has reimbursed me, but likely they will still try to charge me again.  I have cancelled my account to try to prevent it in the future.      Keep screenshots of complaints registered as moviepass is deleting complaints with out resolving them.   I tried to contact via their own help system, in-app help system, email, phone, facebook, and twitter.   Not a single response from any form of communication for over a week.    They should be brought on on fraud charges IMHO.    Good luck getting your money back.

    I was double billed as well with zero response from numerous attempts thru various means of communication.  Anyone else up for a class-action lawsuit?

    Hey Moviepass! I've been a member since 2015- if this is correct- then WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED $35 a month and NOT the $9.95...........ALSO WHY ARE YOU IGNORING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS!!!!!
